Coalition to End Youth Homelessness published the “COVID-19 & Youth Homelessness Special Report” outlining the impacts and challenges arising from COVID-19 for youth at risk of experiencing homelessness. The report describes placement instability due to health concerns among foster parents and caregivers, the barriers to accessing technology and other challenges. It identifies promising practices and recommends youth-specific supports.
